PULLEY SYSTEMS

(Quality Australian made, Ronstan, stainless steel ball-bearing racing yacht pulleys!)  State of the art, these pulley systems halve the load when opening or closing the umbrella.  A pulley pouch of matching fabric to the umbrella is provided to keep the cord clean and tidy while the umbrella is in use

STORAGE BAGS

Storage bags to cover over the umbrellas when not in use (Made of vinyl coated strong tarpulin cloth and available in two sizes,  colour: forest green)  These storage bags are suitable to use outdoors all year round, protecting your umbrella against weather when not in use, thereby prolonging the life of the canvas.

METAL STANDS

Free-standing,  zinc dipped and powder coated white, these stands can be used on most surfaces, and although they are heavy (weighing around 25 kgs) they can be moved to different locations at will.
Also available with wheels to make them fully mobile.

IN-GROUND DEVICES - 2 TYPES

1.Inground device: A versatile in-ground sleeve which requires holes in the ground or deck (much like a removable hills hoist installation).

2. Umbrella-lock: An aluminium device with a keyhole lid, coupled with a sleeve which is bolted to the end of  the umbrella pole.  When the two are fitted together, the Umbrella-lock holds the umbrella firmly in position until it is deliberately released for removal.

SAND BAGS

Made from the same tough tarpulin cloth as the storage bags (available in green) the sandbags, when filled, weigh 15kgs each and can be used to add extra weight to the metal stand or used for many other purposes.  They are generally supplied empty (because the freight costs are more than the cost of filling with sand when supplied full)

SHADE DROP

A detachable 900mm deep “curtain” hangs from the  umbrella in the late afternoon when the sun is below the level of the umbrella. This will provide an extra hour or so of shade . Available for sizes 7, 9. 12 & 14.
